Volato gives private jet brokers cash rewards
Private jet charter company Volato is launching its Broker Rewards Program which gives individual brokers up to 4% cash commission when booking Volato’s fleet of HondaJets.
Rewards apply to any booking made through Volato’s online booking tool, including fixed price Volato Go bookings and traditional charter, with no cost or commitment necessary.
Through the programme, the company aims to build “trusted, transparent and long-term relationships”, according to Nicholas Cooper, co-founder and chief commercial officer, Volato.
Cooper told Corporate Jet Investor (CJI), that beyond profits, the programme is “one of many steps” that are being taken to invest in building long-term relationships with wholesale brokers.
He added: “The increase in aircraft utilisation through the Broker Rewards program benefits both Volato and our owners given our fractional ownership program uniquely shares revenue with aircraft owners. Increased utilisation therefore leads to greater revenue, increasing profitability across the fleet.”
Volato will automatically send cash commission to brokers once per month through their Brokers Rewards ID online. At present, only individual brokers can earn commission.
Volato is launching the programme at NBAA’s Schedulers and Dispatchers conference in Nashville this week.
The company ordered 25 new HondaJet Elite II aircraft in December, due for delivery beginning this year, in response to increasing demand.
