Jessie Naor will retire from GrandView Aviation at the end of this month after 12 years with the company.

The current president of the private jet charter company said that her time at the firm has been a “fantastic journey”, growing the business from a team of two to more than 200 and an inventory of “one little Bell 407 helicopter, to one of the largest fleets of charter aircraft in the US”.

“From a girl fresh out of an Air Traffic Control programme to an experienced executive with an MBA in Finance, from a small-private LLC to being acquired by a PE-backed firm, building this company with my partners has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life,” said Naor.

Naor was named President of GrandView Aviation in 2022 having previously served as its chief operating officer and chief marketing officer. She was also elected to the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) Board of Directors and currently serves as vice chairman of the Air Charter Safety Foundation Board of Governors.

The business aviation executive was also named a National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Top 40 under 40 in 2020.

“I owe my greatest thanks to all of you in my community for the support. The guidance, the inspiration and more over the years helped me through this journey. And, most importantly, every single employee that put their heart and souls into manifesting the vision we created at GrandView,” she added.

“I know the dedication to quality, service and, above all, safety will continue on well past me and that this company is in good hands with an incredibly skilled management team.”
