Chad Anderson joined Jetcraft in 2005 and was named President in 2010. In his current role, Chad is responsible for leading the companys overall global operations and strategy, with specialties in transaction structuring, aviation finance and tax. Prior to Jetcraft, Chad was the national asset manager and business development officer in the corporate aircraft finance division of Bank of America Leasing (formerly Fleet Capital Corporation). He directed all aircraft asset marketing, operation, support, and management functions with special focus on finance, industry intelligence and market research. He also held positions at Regent Aviation and Cessna Finance Corporation, and was an aviation underwriter for American Eagle Insurance Company.
Chad holds a B.A.A. in Aviation Administration from the University of North Dakota. He is a commercial pilot (single and multi engine) and certified flight instructor and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Robert Baltus’ aviation experience spans nearly 25 years advising and supporting senior management and executive Boards of a variety of aviation related companies. He has worked for aircraft management, fractional and charter operators and has built strong relationships with the leading business aviation companies in the industry. A business aviation specialist, Baltus is experienced in start-ups, fleet selection, training and strategic change management.
As Chief Operating Officer of the EBAA, Robert oversees a team of experts to monitor and provide analysis on European aviation policies, new technologies like AAM and is responsible for member engagement through events such as EBACE, EBAA Safety Summit and AirOps.
He has a business management degree from HES Amsterdam and an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, was a JAA Accountable manager and is a Commercial Pilot rated on the Boeing 737.
Partner Mark is Head of Aviation Finance, Clyde & Co, London.

Spear’s Magazine describes Mark as an “eminence grise” of business aviation.
Mark also has extensive aviation regulatory experience, including recently extensive advice on Russian sanctions. Mark led the Clyde & Co team which in January 2018 published the report “Brexit scenarios for business aviation” for the EBAA.

Jules has been in the aviation industry for more than 20 years, starting her aviation career as a graduate in the marketing department of London City Airport and having followed an interesting career flightpath via London Biggin Hill Airport and RAF Northolt marketing and executive handling teams.
Her career took a new direction into broking when Julie joined Chapman Freeborn, where in time she took the reins of the UK VIP / Executive team, overseeing a wide range of charter projects, including head of state flights and global music tours for nearly 15 years.
Jules has, for the last 7 years been the Head of the UK based Executive Charter team at Hunt & Palmer, overseeing a busy team of brokers with an enviable blue chip corporate and VIP client roster on diverse charter missions all over the world. In 2023, she was also appointed Director of Premier Aviation, the Hunt & Palmer group’s music touring specialist team.
Additionally, Jules joined the Board of The Air Charter Association in 2015 and in 2019 was delighted to be elected as Deputy Chair. Key ACA projects have included the growth of the Air Charter Expo + Conference, “ACE” as well as developing the training curriculum for the ACA Broker Qualification, a key initiative in setting industry standards.
Jules is mum to twin teenage daughters who tries hard to find the time to enjoy reading, music, singing, creative writing and occasionally writing for trade publications. She loves the travel opportunities that a job in aviation brings – also the opportunity to advocate for women in aviation and young people into STEM careers in general. Jules absolutely cannot imagine doing anything else.

Nancy directly contributed into the voluntary market as a carbon offset provider and strategist for over 15 years, specializing in business aviation, building corporate portfolios and launching consumer offset programs. Her innovative first of its kind programs include corporate aviation, charter and jet card programs, OEMs, large scale events, shipping and commercial travel. Her deep knowledge of the carbon market, that can only come from building one of the first offset providers in the US, has led her to 4AIR. A comprehensive sustainable solution for private aviation with streamline access to tools, environmental products, offsets and fuel markets to meet reduction goals. Her passion for aviation and its sustainable future brings a unique understanding for a robust roadmap for climate success for the private aviation community.
Mark was born and lives in the UK. His career in aviation started back in 2008 in Cranfield and led to over 100 aircraft transactions that he closed, not including helicopters sales when he had been working as Sales Manager for Bell Helicopters.

Cédric Carle is a Dassault Aviation test pilot responsible for both Defense and civilian program developments. Cédric was part of the core team recently in charge of the Falcon 6X test campaign and certification. He is involved in all new aircraft overall ground and inflight testing as well as new on board systems qualification.
Christian Certa joined Credit Suisse Aviation & Yacht Finance in 2017 and is responsible for Southern & Eastern Europe and Israel. Before joining Credit Suisse, Christian had a 11 year career with General Electric. At GE Christian was for 7 years sales director for GE Corporate Aircraft Finance EMEA where he gained extensive aircraft finance & leasing and aircraft remarketing experience. Previously Christian was heading a branch network at GE Money Bank Switzerland and held roles as sales manager for industrial leasing with GE Capital.
At Credit Suisse Aviation & Yacht Finance (part of UBS group), Christian is responsible for sales & execution in the private jet and super yachting space. Christian is based at Credit Suisse & UBS head offices in Zurich.
Christian holds a Master degree from Bocconi University Milan and an MBA from RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam. Christian holds the Italian, Swiss and German citizenships and is also fluent in French and English and is conversational in Russian.

Claudio D’Amico has over 22 years of experience leading development of products and solutions for the aviation industry. Claudio has helped OEMs and tier one suppliers to build solutions grounded by customer centric requirements. At Viasat Claudio is responsible to lead the Viasat Business Aviation Strategic Engagement Team supporting our OEMs, channel partners, and fleets. Claudio holds a BS degree in International Business and Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has recently concluded an Executive Leadership Customer Obsession program from Harvard.
As President of Jetcraft Asia since 2012, David Dixon is responsible for optimizing sales strategies and managing operations throughout Asia. A leading global authority on the private aviation sector, David has lived and worked in Asia in aircraft sales for more than 40 years and has more than five decades of aerospace industry experience. David joined Jetcraft following a long an over 30-year career with Bombardier’s Business and Commercial Aircraft divisions. In 1997 he was awarded the MBE – Member of the Order of the British Empire distinction by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth for his contribution to British exports. He is also a former Vice Chairman of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) an organisation he helped establish.

Andrew Douglas is the founder of Make Tech Fly, a software company based in Scotland. Make Tech Fly’s first product is AvioNexus, A SaaS platform for the business jet industry. After initially joining the British Army as an Engineering Officer, Andrew flew the Premier1A for 6 years. During this time he worked for private owners, Fractional schemes and helped set up an AOC operation. Andrew also owns a Charter Brokerage firm called At Pretium Jet Charter and it is from this company that the tech product AvioNexus grew. Trying to work out how you could make the charter process better, avoid fraud and help the other people in the workflow led Andrew to create the secure ecosystem of AvioNexus and improve on the outdated existing process.
Don Dwyer, Guardian Jet’s co-managing partner, is particularly regarded for his extensive expertise on aircraft finance, asset management, fleet planning and aircraft sales.
He spent most of his career rising through ranks at the aircraft manufacturer, Hawker Beechcraft. As their Vice President of Global Sales, he led the entire sales team and oversaw the company’s international dealer network.
In 2010, Don Dwyer joined his brother, Michael, as co-managing partner of Guardian Jet. Since then, Guardian Jet has become one of the top three aircraft brokerage and consulting firms in the world.
Don is a member of the National Business Aviation Association Advisory Council. An avid sailor, Don is also a 4,500-hour commercial pilot and certified flight instructor.
Kurt Edwards is Director General of the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) with responsibility for leading IBAC’s unique position as the voice for Business Aviation at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the UN specialized Agency for aviation matters based in Montreal, Canada.
Kurt joined IBAC in 2012 following a 12-year career at the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration where he held increasingly senior roles as liaison with Europe-based regulatory authorities and civil aviation organizations, and as a leading specialist on global environmental portfolios.
Headquartered within the ICAO building in Montreal, IBAC has nurtured increasingly stronger relations and greater engagement with ICAO whilst growing its global membership to 15 national and regional Business Aviation associations across six continents. Concurrently, a growing network of IBAC regional offices worldwide include locations in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom.
Kurt has also led the dramatic growth in the IBAC codes of best safety practices for business aircraft operators and ground handlers while redoubling its commitment to environmental programs. During Kurt’s tenure, IBAC launched its popular International Standard for Business Aviation Handling (IS-BAH) and, in 2021, introduced the IBAC Carbon Credit Exchange for the business aviation community in partnership with Carbon Trade eXchange (CTX) and recently introduced a new Industry Partner/Operator Affiliate membership opportunity to further support its work.
A respected industry leader, Kurt currently serves as co-chair of the Business Aviation Coalition for Sustainable Aviation Fuel and sits on the Board of Directors of the Geneva-based Air Transport Action Group and frequently speaks at key conferences and seminars worldwide.
Matt is the UK Policy Manager for Transport & Environment, Europe’s leading clean transport think tank. Matt has spent over a decade in climate policy, covering many different areas. He now almost exclusively works to decarbonise aviation. He regularly appears in both print and broadcast media. He sits on various Government advisory panels, around issues such as sustainable aviation fuel and zero emission aircraft.
John B. Foster, IV (“Johnny”) serves as President and CEO of OGARAJETS, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 1980, Johnny joined the company in 1991 and was appointed President in 2005, followed by full management and ownership in 2013.
Recognized by his trademark bow ties, beard, and rarely in socks, Johnny embraces a business acumen grounded in a fully transparent and ethical moral code influenced by his father, industry veteran John Foster. Johnny sets the strategic vision for OGARAJETS with a priority set on responsible growth, uncompromised leadership, and excellence in all actions. Since his time with the company, OGARAJETS has completed just shy of 800 global transactions valued in excess of $3.5 billion.
Johnny served on the board for the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA, now IADA), most recently as chairman from 2015-2017. Henny began her career with a small interior design company with a hotel in the South of France as a client, completely unaware that she would later move to travel. She moved into luxury, doing PR at Moët-Hennessey, bringing a lifestyle focus into prestige champagnes and wines. In 2005, she joined Hyatt, as Director of Marketing Communications and rose up the ranks to become Director of Brands for EMEA and Southwest Asia in Zurich. She moved to AMAN in 2019 as Global Director of Hotel Marketing and in 2022 joined ANI Private Resorts, as CMO, responsible for not only Marketing but the whole commercial side of the company. As a lifelong traveller, she is an advocate for change in the industry, creating positive impact by luxury travellers in the most beautiful places in the world.
Steve Friedrich is the Chief Commercial Officer at Embraer Executive Jets, where he is responsible for the direct management of the global sales organization for new and pre-flown aircraft as well as the oversight of relationships with customers and industry collaborators. With more than 30 years of experience in the leasing and aerospace sectors, his wealth of experience spans across sales, marketing, finance, customer support and services and aftermarket programs.
Prior to joining Embraer, Steve led global sales efforts and marketing activities at Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace Business Aviation as the company’s Vice President-Sales & Marketing. His previous banking and aviation finance experience includes key leadership positions as Vice President at Summit Bank of New Jersey and Assistant Vice President at United Jersey Bank.
Steve graduated with an A.B. in Economics & Business from Lafayette College and received his M.B.A. from the Stern School at New York University.
George is a founding member of LEA now known as Luxaviation UK. He is a former pilot and Civil Aviation Authority examiner, a council member of the BBGA and a Fellow of the Guild of Air Pilots and Navigators. George has over 25 years experience in Aircraft Management and Charter worldwide. He has been working for many years in promoting Business Aviation and attracting young people into the industry, using social media and producing aviation podcasts
Marie-Laure Gassier is Head of Business Jet financing for BNP Paribas, based in Geneva.
Marie-Laure is a senior finance professional with over 20 years of experience with BNP Paribas in France, Singapore and Switzerland.
Marie-Laure has successfully grown over the last 10 years the business jet financing franchise of the bank for clients private and corporate. Since 2016, BNPP has set up in Switzerland a new platform dedicated to business jets and yachts financing, in order to serve better UHNWI clients.

Robert Gates serves as the Head of International Originations for Global Jet Capital. Robert has over 30 years of experience in aircraft financing and leasing. Prior to joining GJC, he has held senior-level positions with Merrill Lynch and RPK Capital (a Carlyle Group portfolio company). He also spent time at Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds an MBA from Cornell University.
Jack Gilchrist is the founding director and shareholder of Gilchrist Aviation Law. He serves as special counsel representing clients involved in all areas of the aviation industry. Since 1989, Mr. Gilchrist has specifically focused his career on aviation transactions involving every current structure of aircraft including engines, propellers and spare parts.
Mr. Gilchrist has counseled clients around the world in aircraft transactions, including many of the major air carriers, aircraft and engine leasing companies, fractional ownership programs, air cargo companies, corporations, banks and other lending institutions. Doug Gollan is Founder and Editor of Private Jet Card Comparisons, a buyer’s guide to fractional, jet card, membership, and charter programs, and DG Amazing Experiences, a weekly e-newsletter covering luxury travel for private aviation users. He is a veteran reporter and media executive whose career in travel, luxury goods, and private aviation spans over 35 years. Before founding Doug Gollan, LLC in 2015, he launched luxury lifestyle magazine Elite Traveler in 2001, where he served as President and Editor-in-Chief. He started his career covering the airline industry in the 1980s before advancing to Managing Director of Travel Agent Magazine Group. During his tenure he led the magazine from sixth to first place in its category and to a Top 5 ranking in the annual Ad Age 300 list. Under his leadership Elite Traveler and Travel Agent won over 100 Folio and HSMAI awards for excellence. Doug is the author of several books on UHNW consumers and is regarded as an expert on jet cards and memberships. He is also a contributor to Forbes.com where writes about the business of luxury travel and private aviation.
With an extensive background in business aviation, Joanne has also worked for both commercial and cargo-based airlines in a variety of roles, beginning in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager and subsequently holding a series of executive positions that developed her global expertise. She joined TAG in 2017 as a Client
Relationship Manager, having previously worked for a FBO/Maintenance Company in Basel, initially as FBO Sales Manager and then as deputy CEO. In
2019, she assumed the role of Director of Customer Services for TAG Aviation UK where she oversaw the Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer
Service Representative (CSR) teams throughout Europe. In this role she also implemented strategic enhancements and initiated plans for the company’s ongoing expansion. A keen aviator, Joanne holds a commercial helicopter pilot’s license.
In 2020, Joanne Goodall was appointed Chief Executive Officer of TAG Aviation Europe. Her leadership experience, management skills and business acumen are some of the assets that truly “make the difference” in building upon TAG’s unrivalled reputation and can be relied upon to steer the company towards a

Eddie Gross has almost 40 years of experience representing bank-affiliated, captive and independent financing providers and investors, as well as lessees and borrowers. in all aspects of aviation and other equipment finance transactions, including documenting, structuring, negotiating, syndicating and enforcing these transactions.
Eddie is considered an industry leader regarding the leasing and financing of all types of aviation assets, including fixed wing aircraft, helicopters and engine pools. Clients include market-leading aircraft and helicopter financing providers, investors and operating lessors, as well as large publicly or privately held businesses, governmental entities or high-net-worth individual lessees and borrowers. The business aircraft financed in these transactions include jets and turbo-prop aircraft operated primarily for the customer’s business purposes, or for transportation services including chartering, or pursuant to fractional or “pay card” arrangements. The financed helicopters are typically operated in various service capacities (e.g., air ambulances, oil and gas service, fire suppression, hauling, etc.) or for VIP, business or other transportation purposes. Following a management career in the manufacturing industry Marwan started Gama Aviation Ltd in 1983 in the UK with his business partner Stephen Wright. He has overseen the group’s expansion from its foundation to its current multinational status encompassing many varied markets and areas in the aviation industry. Marwan continues to take a very active and hands on role in all aspects of the group’s development and has also headed the group’s expansion into the US market.
Marwan is both Chairman of the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) and a board member of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).
Richard Koe is one of the two Managing Directors of WINGX, a market intelligence company which provides global insights into business aircraft utilisation. Together with business partner Christoph Kohler, Richard managed the growth of WINGX from concept to industry leader in data services, dashboard subscriptions and advisory services. In June 2023, WINGX was acquired by JETNET LLC, and Richard continues to lead WINGX within the JETNET group. Prior to WINGX, Richard held senior positions across a number of business aviation companies, having started out in the sector as a strategy consultant within an investment group owning assets in airline operations and private jet FBOs. Before this, Richard spent a decade in business development, sales and strategy positions in manufacturing, telecom and technology industries in Europe, US and Africa. Richard has a first class masters degree from Oxford and Johns Hopkins University.
Holger is an economist and worked for more than 14 years with german banks as asset management specialist. He was a Member of the European Parliament for ten years (2004-2014) and has been working as a Public Affairs specialist in the automotive industry since 2015. Initially as Director Government & Industry Relations Europe at Opel, he has headed for five years the Corporate Representation of Mercedes-Benz Group AG in Brussels as Head of EU Affairs. In 2024 he took over the role as Secretary General at European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).
Justin began his career with GE Aerospace in 2006, and has held a breadth of roles across Engineering, Commercial Engines, and Services combining technical expertise with customer relationships and commercial strategy. He helped launch GE’s Business Jet Operations Center back in 2009 and developed a support strategy for the global fleet of CF34 & CFM powered business jet aircraft. In 2014 Justin moved to Dubai, U.A.E. to help launch GE Aerospace’s Middle East Technology Center, where he worked closely with several of the region’s commercial widebody airlines to optimize engine time on wing and proactive engine maintenance via implementation of engine analytics. After managing the profitability of some of the largest engine services contracts in GE Aerospace’s portfolio for 5 years, Justin re-joined the Business Aviation team in 2022. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A. at GE Aerospace headquarters, he now leads a team of over 50 people responsible for Business Aviation aftermarket engine support, and the portfolio of over 800 GE OnPoint engine service contracts.

Sebastien Larue has recently been appointed as Director for Business Transformation & Aftermarket Services. Sebastien has joined Pratt & Whitney Canada in May 2017 serving several positions such as Digital Engine Service sales lead & more recently ESP Strategy for General Aviation segment. He now leads the Business Transformation and Aftermarket Services such as long term engine lease & financial solutions, certified pre-owner, carbon offset, remote maintenance kit, etc. He is also responsible for all 3rd party relationship with banks, dealers, financiers and brokers.
Prior joining Pratt & Whitney Canada, Sebastien spent more than 18 years at CAE inc. where he held several positions in product management, marketing and commercial strategy. His last position was as OEM Account Manager for Airbus and ATR and Sales Manager for the European market.
Patrick Lucy is originally from New Zealand and joined Avinode Group in 2018 after moving to Sweden. With more than 5 years experience on the commercial team of Avinode for the EMEAA sector he took on the role of Team Lead for the EMEAA Account Managers in 2022.
Patrick holds a wealth of knowledge around technology solutions to assist the aviation industry. With a particular interest for the fin-tech space he was also heavily involved in rolling out Paynode – a fully integrated payment solution – to Avinode Group customers.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Viktoriya university in Wellington, with a focus on solving business problems and gaining the skills to manage information complex environments.
Patrick was an appreciated Chairman for the NextGen Group of the Air Charter Association for two years until stepping down in the autumn of 2022.

Zipporah Marmor has over 20 years of global business aviation experience spanning sales, management, and marketing. She joined ACASS in 2011 as a sales director, and the company’s first employee in aircraft sales. Working alongside CEO Andre Khury, Ms. Marmor was instrumental in building ACASS’s global sales team. Her subsequent
contributions as VP of Aircraft Sales and, ultimately, VP of Aircraft transactions have helped drive the company’s global expansion and continued growth.
Immediately prior to becoming a part of the team at ACASS, Ms. Marmor was based in Monaco as Vice President of Sales for NewJet International, which was the exclusive Bombardier representative for Monaco, Italy, and Switzerland. During her five years there, she played a
pivotal role in NewJet’s growth and success. Prior to that she was with Bombardier, where she came on board in 2000 as a marketing professional before transitioning to sales and ultimately relocating to the Farnborough office as a sales manager.
Bruce L. Marshall joined AIC Title Service as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel in February 2014, helping ensure that AIC’s clients and leadership are protected as they move through unprecedented FAA and industry changes. Marquis Who’s Who recognized Bruce as a recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. In August, 2019 he was a recipient of the Drinker Biddle First Chair Top General Counsel Award for the third year in a row. The First Chair Awards is an annual selection of in-house counsel who have, thorough their hard work and innovation, made significant contributions to the legal community nationwide. He received his initial First Chair Award in August, 2017 and his second in August 2018. Bruce was also recognized in the November 2013 issue of D CEO Magazine as one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s top corporate attorneys following his win as Outstanding General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer in the Small Legal Department category at the Association of Corporate Counsel and D CEO’s 2013 Corporate Counsel Awards. Individually a 2011 winner of the Texas General Counsel Forum’s Magna Stella Award in the Small Legal Department category and finalist in the Major Litigation category, Bruce and his team also won Texas Lawyer’s 2013 Legal Department of the Year in the Diversity and Quality of Life category. With over 20 years’ experience in aviation legal matters, specializing in contracts, regulations, and litigation, he previously served as Senior Director and Division General Counsel of Bombardier’s Flexjet fractional aircraft ownership program where he strategically managed two cases challenging state and federal taxes that affected the entire fractional aircraft ownership industry and resulted in the refund of millions of dollars of paid taxes.
Bruce served as Chair of the State Bar of Texas Aviation Law Section for the years 2011-2012 and 2019. Adding to his depth of experience, he also taught Corporate Jet Investor’s Aircraft Transactions Masterclass US in November of 2019. He was elected as a Board member of the National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA) in May 2021 and currently serves as chair of the association’s regulatory committee.
In private practice, Bruce served as corporate counsel and business manager for a charter management company with both Part 135 on-demand air cargo and passenger operations, served as vice president and legal officer for a major financial institution in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and in private practice, he represented banks, construction companies, transportation companies, and employee benefits funds in commercial litigation matters. Bruce graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s of Science in General Management focusing on finance and marketing and holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. He serves as a frequent speaker or panelist at aviation industry events.
VP Regional FBO Operations Europe & General Manager Zurich
Joao Martins joined Jet Aviation as manager of the company’s FBO in Geneva in March 2014, where he
remained until October 2016 when he was appointed general manager of the Jet Aviation Zurich FBO. A 20-
year industry veteran, Joao served two years as head of Global Purchasing and Logistics for the VistaJet
Group before joining Jet Aviation and more than a decade in various managerial positions for NetJets
Europe prior to that.
Since Joao took over his role as general manager, the Zurich FBO has launched dispenser fueling and
dedicated de-icing services, and has increased Jet Aviation’s footprint in Zurich with two additional hangars.
The FBO further secured IS-BAH Stage 2 Safety Registration. Joao is responsible for Jet Aviation’s
operations at ZRH airport to support the annual World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos.
He is a strong advocate for sustainable aviation solutions and collaborated with partners to make
Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) available for purchase in Switzerland for the first time during WEF 2020.
That same year, he was appointed Vice President Regional FBO Operations Europe in addition to his role as
GM Zurich.
In 2021, under Joao’s regional leadership of FBO operations, Jet Aviation partnered with Neste to secure an
ongoing supply of SAF for offer at its FBO in Amsterdam. The company also partnered with SkyNRG to
broaden access to SAF for customers universally through a Book and Claim service. In 2022, Jet Aviation
once again provided physical SAF in Switzerland, in Geneva for EBACE, and Joao was instrumental in
bringing physical SAF to Singapore in partnership with Shell. The FBO in Zurich provided SAF via Book &
Claim for WEF 2022 and 2023, and physical SAF again in 2024.
Joao is a native of Portugal and holds a degree in accounting and business administration from Lusófona
University in Lisbon.
Mike McCready has over 26 years of experience working in the aviation industry ranging from manufacturing to training to private and commercial operations. He is a commercial rated pilot and a business leader who specializes in growing companies while bringing innovative solutions to the market. Building a career in aviation, Mike has run and built flight schools, worked as a contract pilot, advised clients on aircraft purchase and management, and worked with airlines on finding increased operational efficiencies. Jay is a published Aviation Journalist and Industry Leader. Enguerran Michel joined Bombardier in 2007. He participated in the definition and execution of all Bombardier technology demonstrations projects since, as well as the associated portfolio of academic and industrial collaborations. He holds a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ecole Nationale de Supérieur de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace “Supaéro”. Enguerran currently leads the Bombardier Research & Technology group and the Ecojet flight test program.
Ian Moore is a director of VistaJet’s UK subsidiary, serving as Chief Commercial Officer since 2010.
Mr. Moore is responsible for global market expansion, commercial negotiations, sales, marketing, customer service and product delivery. Andy Priester serves as Priester Aviation’s Chairman and CEO.
He is the third generation of Priesters to lead the business, the largest and oldest family-owned Management and Charter company in the world. The Priester family has a rich aviation history starting in 1945 including owning Palwaukee Airport – KPWK (now renamed Chicago Executive Airport), operating a flight school, operating multiple FBOs, providing 145 maintenance services, and operating an aircraft sales division. Asad is The managing partner of Jetquity, a Private Equity Firm, specialising in the Business Aviation Industry.
With a background in Law , Asad became a Barrister in the UK , working with the former Attorney General of England and Wales. In Addition to law , Asad also worked in Capital
Markets with HSBC , with a focus on private family offices.
Having grown up in a family involved in Aviation, Asad realised that business aviation was inefficient and that technology would have to play a large role in reducing these inefficiencies .
He wrote a research paper , that was picked up by the University of Florida , inviting him to lead a research team into the business aviation sector.

James Rial is currently the Sales Director for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa at Boeing Business Jets.
James has been in commercial and business aviation for over 25 years. James previously held leadership roles in Engineering, Customer Support, and Program Management within Boeing Commercial Airplanes and Boeing Business Jets. James also was responsible for BBJ interior technical sales outside of Boeing at Greenpoint Technologies.
James resides in Seattle where he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing in the winter, and cycling in the summer. James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Gonzaga University and a M.B.A. from Seattle University.
Jim Riner is Managing Partner and the Co-Owner of aircraft brokerage firm Wetzel Aviation with Bryon Mobley. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Jim began working with Wetzel in 1993 as part of Kladstrup-Wetzel Associates, became partner in Front Range Aviation in 2001 while maintaining close ties with the Wetzel team and merged with Wetzel Aviation in 2018 completing full management and ownership in 2022.
An aircraft sales veteran, Jim leads the company that was founded on the principles of trust, integrity and market knowledge. With a strong and diversified background of business leadership, Jim overseas the company’s trajectory investing for long-term growth that values customer priorities, diversification and a healthy workplace culture. Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA). Having been active in the aviation business since 1988, Joan Roberts is currently a Vice President and Escrow Agent for Insured Aircraft Title Service, LLC in Oklahoma City. She has been with Insured Aircraft since 1997 handling a worldwide customer base that literally numbers in the thousands.
Previously Mrs. Roberts worked in a similar role for another major aircraft title and escrow company in the Oklahoma City area after leaving a paralegal role with a major law firm in their aviation division.
Mrs. Roberts is a member of National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA), National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA), International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA), Women in Aviation International (WAI), Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA), and International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA). She has also been involved in the NBAA Leadership conference and has actively worked in the IATS management team in marketing and development efforts, traveling to and actively working to assist and cultivate existing and potential clients at EBACE in Geneva, ABACE in China, and CJI in London and Miami.
Joan is an active proud mother of four grown children, Katie and Carrie, twins who both graduated from Florida State University, Claire, a veterinarian practicing in Colorado Springs, and her son, Ryan, who graduated from Southern Nazarene University. When not engaged with her family, she enjoys travel, golf with friends, cooking and entertaining.
Andrew “Andy” Robinson joined Rolls-Royce over 46 years ago. Today, he is Senior
Vice President Customers & Services, Business Aviation at Rolls-Royce leading the
company’s worldwide Business Aviation customer support and aftermarket services
activities. He is based at the Rolls-Royce North America headquarters in Northern
Virginia.
During his career, Andy has held a variety of senior positions across a wide array of
Rolls-Royce customer facing businesses and functions. Most recently Andy served as
Senior Vice President – Customer Services where he managed the Global Services and
Support network for Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace for small and medium engines.
Prior to this role, Andy worked as Vice President – Customers Services, International
Aero Engines (IAE), a joint venture between Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney, JAEC and
MTU, where he led global customer services for over 4,000 installed engines with over
190 operators worldwide.
During his tenure he has been based in a variety of countries including India, Singapore,
New Zealand, Australia and Holland.
Andy graduated from Derby University in Kedleston, England. A native of the United
Kingdom Andy resides in Virginia
Fabrice Roger acts as senior vice president for business development in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, as the company continues to support the rapid growth of business aviation across these regions.
Roger brings more than a decade of experience in senior sales and business development leadership roles at international financial services corporations, including Travelex and Western Union. Daniel is the General Manager & COO at Hahn Air Lines where he is in charge of strategic and commercial planning as well as supervision to safeguard flight operations. He ensures that Hahn Air is authorised to operate as an airline company and has a valid AOC (Air Operator Certificate) in place. In addition to that, he is also a flight Captain for Hahn Air Lines.

Daniel Rudas is an aviation enthusiast and specializes in customer care and strategic planning. He is also an active blogger in VIP and executive travel, and has appeared in several TV programs.

After completing his Masters in Space Mission Analysis and Design, Shuaib started his career in Madrid, Spain designing satellite augmented landing systems for aircraft. Currently, Shuaib works for Gogo Business Aviation as their Director for Global Sales where his team is responsible for Airtime sales for the Inmarsat and Iridium networks, as well as hardware sales outside North America.
Kathryn Sherman has a dual bachelors degree in Finance and Criminology as well as a a Master’s in Cybersecurity. In 2010, Kathryn entered on duty as a Special Agent with the FBI and was first assigned to the Dallas Field Office. Throughout her career, SA Sherman has worked various threats to include counterintelligence and crimes against children matters, but her primary focus has been on criminal and national security computer intrusions. In 2018, SSA Sherman promoted to the FBI’s Cyber Division-Major Cyber Crimes Unit in Washington D.C. In that role, she managed the cyber portfolio for several FBI field offices and lead the Cyber Division’s efforts in two international take downs. In April of 2020, SSA Sherman joined the Washington Field Office as the Squad Supervisor for Middle East- National Security Computer Intrusions. In July of 2023, SSA Sherman reported to her most recent assignment as the FBI’s Cyber-Criminal ALAT at the US Embassy in London.

Wayne Starling is an aviation industry consultant. His expertise is in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing. Previously he was a Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for PNC Aviation Finance. He has been in the banking and finance industry for over 25 years, specializing in aviation for over 20 years. Prior to PNC, his career in aviation began with Aviation Finance Group, where he was part of a very successful startup company. He later stayed on to manage the aviation finance division after it was acquired by PNC Bank.
Wayne has extensive experience in sales, sales management, sales training, marketing, and strategic business development. Along with his success with Fortune 200 companies, he also has vast experience as an entrepreneur. His video sales training program -Success Cycle of Selling- has been a training program used by many companies. His program has been used by several of the nation’s largest banks and financial institutions to train their outside and inside sales organizations. Wayne has served as a board member on the National Aircraft Resale Association (NARA) and the National Aviation Finance Association (NAFA), as well as serving on the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Leadership Council. Wayne was honored in 2018 by the National Aviation Finance Association and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership, contribution, and service to the association, its members and the aviation industry.
Suter, CEO of BHS Aviation AG, currently leads the Swiss based charter operator. BHS Aviation AG began with rotor wing operations and has recently extended its capabilities with a Swiss AOC and new Cessna Citation Latitude in late 2022. Offering Aircraft Charter and Aircraft Management are the main businesses of the company today.
Suter is a native of Switzerland with transportation and aviation experience spanning more than 30 years. He previously worked as a Product and Project Manager for ABB Daimler Benz Transportation, before joining Swissair and later Lufthansa. He then became one of the founders of Lufthansa Systems FlightNav, the leading service provider of the Lido FMS NavDB and Aeronautical Charts and Flight-planning for 100+ airlines.
He then moved from the airline industry to business aviation in 2005 when he joined Jet Aviation for business development projects in China and Russia, and later taking responsibility for Key Account Management and Aircraft Interior Completions in their Basel facility.
After three years with the Doha based business aviation start-up company Rizon Jet in Qatar, he returned to Switzerland and took over responsibility as CEO/Accountable Manager and BoD of Jet-Link in Zurich, later renamed BHS Aviation AG.
Suter holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, complemented with an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration.
In his role as vice president of European Sales, Duncan Van De Velde is responsible for leading the regional sales of Cessna and Beechcraft products and coordinating the authorized sales representatives based throughout the territory.
Duncan has nearly 15 years of aerospace and defense industry experience, with approximately 10 years within the Textron enterprise.
Most recently, he has served as the managing director of Europe and Russia for Bell Helicopter, and prior to that role, he was the director of Aftermarket Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Textron Aviation.
His vast international experience provides him a strong understanding of Textron Aviation’s European footprint and customer base.
Duncan graduated from the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Steve Varsano founded The Jet Business – the world’s first street-level corporate aviation showroom. His 30-year career in corporate aviation has seen him build a dynamic business in the aviation industry dealing with the most successful entrepreneurs and corporate executives throughout the world, and involved with over 450 aircraft sales to date and in excess of $5 billion. His extensive expertise and knowledge of the corporate aviation jet market has positioned him as an internationally regarded industry authority.
Varsano started his aviation career with the American Association of Airport Executives and as the Special Assistant to the President of the General Manufacturers Association where he oversaw the Statistical Forecasting Committee and the Airport and Airways Committee. He is a commercial-instrument-rated pilot, single and multi-engine. He graduated magna cum laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies.
Varsano also was heavily involved in the merchant bank/Mergers and Acquisitions sector as a senior Vice President of Triangle Industries and Trian Group, President of the international division of Yorkshire Global Restaurants, Senior Director of Business Development of Yum Brands International and consulted for Grotech Capital Group, Centre Partners and FTI Consulting.
Varsano sat on the Board of Directors for XOJET and Virgin Galactic. He has also served as President and senior executive positions for a number of private equity companies and the companies they controlled in various industries in America, Russia and Europe.
Ganesh Vedarattiname joined Jetcraft in 2019. As Director of Strategy & Analytics, he leads the implementation of critical company-wide strategic initiatives, focusing on technology and leveraging insights from proprietary data to support our sales team in providing real-time, industry-leading advice.
Drawing on his prior experience within the company, including roles as a Sales Engineer and Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Ganesh adeptly identifies areas of demand and delivers customized, data science-led recommendations for the benefit of our valued buyers and sellers.

Mr. von Weise is currently a Director and Global Head of the Aircraft Finance Group & Advisory Services at Citi Private Bank. Mr. von Weise’s responsibilities and roles while at Citi have included loan origination, product program management, reporting and workouts. The group focuses on transactions typically in the range of $10 to $75 million.
Mr. von Weise has over twenty-three years of related business aviation experience, most recently serving as Vice President of Business Aviation Finance for Merrill Lynch Capital and GMAC Commercial Finance. Prior to joining GMAC, he was Vice President of Capital Transactions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments,
where he was responsible for the recapitalization and workout of large multi-family properties throughout the U.S.

He is also currently a member of the Board of Advisors for Brown Aviation Lease.
Ford began his career in the Credit Analyst Training Program at Chemical Bank and holds a joint History and Environmental Studies degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Vermont.
Don is senior vice president of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and SCF Aviation Capital. Previously, Don was a managing director at Guggenheim Partners Aviation Investments, where he oversaw global business aviation originations. Earlier in his career, he played key business aviation origination roles at US Bank Equipment Finance and Key Equipment Finance. Prior to that Don served in originations and portfolio management at Boeing Capital, McDonnell Douglas Finance, and Equitable Life Leasing. He received his undergraduate degree from University of the Pacific and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
Alethea Warrington is a senior campaigner at climate charity Possible, which works on positive, practical action on climate change.
Ali leads on Possible’s work on energy and heat decarbonisation and cutting emissions from aviation. Her aviation work focuses on the role of demand management, including running the campaign for a frequent flyer levy and managing Possible’s research project with Chatham House quantifying the potential for technological solutions to decarbonise aviation. She also leads Possible’s legal challenge against the Jet Zero Strategy. Recent publications include Jetting Away With It, a report investigating the under taxing of private jets compared to their emissions; and a report investigating the emissions associated with frequent flyer programmes.

Josh’s comprehensive knowledge of avionics and satcom systems, and in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, private networks, customer support operations and training, support his position as Sr. Director of Entry into Service and Client Services for Satcom Direct. Michael D. Winston, CFA founded Jet.AI in 2018 and has served as its Executive Chairman since inception. Mr. Winston began his career in 1999 with Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and later worked as a portfolio manager at Millennium Partners LP. In 2012, Mr. Winston formed the Sutton View group of companies, an alternative asset management platform where he advised one of the largest academic endowments in the world. Mr. Winston received an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School in 2005, and a BA in Economics from Cornell University in 1999. While at Cornell he studied for a year at the London School of Economics and at age 18 won a $1 million prize from IBM for his first startup company. IADA's dealers consist of the top 12 percent of the world's experts who handle 46 percent of used business aircraft sales. IADA accredited dealers buy and sell more aircraft by dollar volume than the rest of the world’s dealers combined, annually averaging over 1,100 transactions.
