In 1995 he established Northern Air Charter with one aircraft and an Air Operators Certificate growing the company year on year with the additional aircraft and remote bases. Stefan then decided it was time to move back into his original career as a pilot and moved to Singapore as an airline pilot, being a Captain in airline operations added to Stefans aviation skillset. However the yearning for business again took over and Singapore Air Charter was born in 2010. During the pandemic Singapore Air Charter focused on large passenger repatriation charters as the demand for regular charters disappeared.
