Magellan Jets joins Boston Red Sox roster
The Boston Red Sox baseball team and Massachusetts-based Magellan Jets have signed a multi-year sponsorship deal. The new partnership will see co-branded signage around the team’s Fenway Park (pictured) home, including inside the visiting team’s locker room.
Joshua Hebert, founder and CEO, Magellan Jets said he was excited to partner with the company’s local baseball team and a brand that he has “revered for his entire life.”
“Throughout our 15 years as a company, it’s always been important to us to be active in our Greater Boston community and this partnership represents that commitment,” said Herbet. “We’re excited to help both players and fans elevate their travel with our safe, reliable, purely private solutions.”
The private jet company has previous experience working with the Boston baseball community. It worked with baseball hall of famer David Ortiz and his Children’s Fund charity that helps young people in the Dominican Republic and New England receive cardiac care.
In 2022, Magellan Jets flew the Dominican baseball legend to his Hall of Fame induction ceremony and raised $144,000 to support The Red Sox Foundation and the David Ortiz Children’s Fund.
“The Red Sox are proud to partner with Magellan Jets, a brand with a shared commitment with a demonstrated history of service to our community,” said Troup Parkinson, executive vice president, Partnerships, Boston Red Sox.
“As Magellan becomes a more visible brand around the ballpark, we look forward to collaborating on future initiatives and events that bolster the important work of the Red Sox Foundation.”
